Couple Therapy
Dr. Culver is trained in a relatively new form of couple therapy called Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). IBCT involves two phases – the assessment/feedback phase and the active treatment phase. Extensive research indicates that IBCT is effective in improving relationship satisfaction and that these improvements last long after a couple completes IBCT. Dr. Culver was directly trained and supervised in IBCT by one of IBCT’s co-developers, Dr. Andrew Christensen. She has been working with couples since 2010 and would be happy to work with you to improve relationship satisfaction. For more information on IBCT, please visit http://ibct.psych.ucla.edu/.
